Event Conceptualization and Planning
Events are a great way to introduce customers to your products and make them familiar with your location. Clients who elect event conceptualization and planning have the desire to offer culinary services to their customers for certain occasions but lack the financial resources to have a full-time culinary program on site.
How it works:
We will set up a consultation with you to learn more about your event ideas and become familiar with your venue and staff. We also look forward to learning more about your audience, brand and marketing goals. In order for your event to be successful, we strongly encourage you to contact us at least six months in advance of your planned event date. Event conceptualization and planning will include developing an event menu, mapping out guest flows at your venue, and determining your needs for guest services (servers, kitchen staff, rental equipment) based on your budget.
